6to4 Tunnel Tutorial

6to4 is a technology by which your computer can automatically find a close router to relay packets. It is often faster than tunnel brokers. You also get a very large subnet, a /48, beginning with the 2002: prefix followed by your IPv4 IP (in hex). This is how most existing Cluenet networks get their IPv6 connectivity. To use 6to4, you must have a machine with a public IPv4 IP or a router that forwards protocol 42 to it. Some hardware routers running special firmware can also use 6to4.
